Need help with Gaffer XI, on the web or in the iPhone and Android app? Email us or send a message with the form below. Gaffer XI is made by a small team and we read every message.

Tell us what happened and which device you use (for example iPhone 15 or Pixel 8, or your browser). If your question is about your account, send it from the email address of that account.

Help with the app

• Delete your account. In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. No access to the app? Email us from the address of your account. All the details are on delete your account.
• Gaffer XI Plus. Plus is a one-time purchase. New phone or reinstalled the app? Open Plus in the app and tap Restore purchase with the same Apple ID or Google account. Refunds for purchases are handled by Apple or Google.
• Privacy. What we store and why is in our privacy policy. Questions about your data go to the same address.

What to send us

• Bugs: what happened, what you expected, and your device or browser. It helps us find and fix the problem.
• Feedback & ideas: new game modes, features, players or leagues you'd like to see. A lot of what's in the game started as a player suggestion.
• Collaborations: content creators, communities or anyone who wants to work together.
• Rights holders: Gaffer XI is an unofficial fan project (see our terms). If you have a concern, contact us and we'll respond.
