Delete your Gaffer XI account

You can delete your Gaffer XI: Draft & Collect account and the data linked to it at any time, in the app or by sending us a request. You don't need an account to play: this only applies if you created one in the iOS or Android app.

Option 1 · In the app (immediate)

1. Open Gaffer XI on your iPhone or Android phone and sign in.
2. Go to Profile and open the settings (the gear icon).
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Option 2 · By request (without the app)

1. Email info@gafferxi.app, or use the form on gafferxi.app/contact (topic Other).
2. Write "Delete my account" and give the email address of your account, so we can find it and confirm. Emailing from that address is quickest.

We delete the account within 30 days of your request and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your account: email address, user id and sign-in (Sign in with Apple access is revoked where possible).
• Your profile: team name, picture, title and other cosmetics.
• Your progress: album, coins, level, achievements, quests and saved careers.
• Your friends, friend requests and duels.
• Your runs on the Hall of Fame leaderboards.

What is kept

• Purchases (Gaffer XI Plus): the receipt stays with Apple or Google, and with our payment provider (RevenueCat), as required for tax and refunds. Delete your account and your purchase is no longer linked to it; you can restore it on a new account with the same Apple ID or Google account.
• Anonymous statistics (for example how many matches were played on a day) that can't be traced back to you.
